Case:
Another interesting story - Dynamic Pixel were using residential grade products (voice boxes) and experienced ongoing issues when operating their home based business using VoIP. The owner who is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to anything to do with the internet, was becoming frustrated with the quality issues, and at the time thought Engin was a lot to do with the issues (which they were not).

After consulting about the issues experienced, Harrisontech advised they could supply a straight SIP IP phone configured to work well along side Telatra services operating.

Solution:
Harrisontech supplied a straight SIP IP phone configured to work with Engin, and upon installation the owner was extremely impressed with the phone hardware, the quality and the voice clarity. However, a probelm did still exist where every now and then he would lose his call (very frustrating). Harrisontech advised the modem/router needed to be replaced, as that was what was causing the issue, and needed more controlled router QOS. Harrisontech supplied their QOS router and modem to the owner and to this day the owner is extremely happy and grateful.

Operation:
Installed a business grade VoIP solution pre-configured by Harrisontech. Resolved all the frustrating operational issues experienced by installing the right equipment cost effectively.
