Case:
One Stop Tank Shop required a phone system to give flexibility into their business, plus reduce their excess telephone bill costs. Within their NSW office they required two VoIP handsets and a remote location handset at the General Manager's home office, plus two handsets at their Helensvale office all integrated to each other so calling between states was free. Mobile expense was high so a plan was required to address calls to mobiles as well.

Solution:
Harrisontech installed a smart business grade IP PBX system based in QLD and configured the system to operate NSW and remote residential location from the one IP PBX unit located in QLD. Additional to this, utilising T38 faxing (VoIP faxing) was very important as QLD only had one PSTN line coming into the building for ADSL to operate the VoIP.

Engin was perfect as the VSP as two separate SIP accounts could be used for QLD and NSW individually via a call routing table configuration. Initially another VSP was tried and proved unreliable. Implementing Engin was a fantastic solution.

Operation:
The IP PBX integration into 100% VoIP provided everything required and much more. Both sites have multiple lines over VoIP supplied by Engin. NSW and QLD calls get delivered to their respective states with unanswered calls being overflowed to the other state, and if not answered, a voice mail service with email delivery. Short expansion dialling between states including transfer ability. The IP PBX was configured to recognise a fax or phone call and delivered accordingly.
