1a: Open up Entourage
1b: Go to Tools
1c: Then click on Accounts |

2: From Accounts, click the Mail tab.

4: From the Account Setup Assistant dialog box:
4a: In the Your Name text box, enter your name.

5a: Enter your e-mail address.

6: Under Mail Servers:
6a: Enter your incoming mail server (POP3) address (eg. mail.forexample-domain.com)
6b: Enter outgoing mail server (SMTP) address (eg. smtp.forexample-domain.com)
Note: This outgoing address must be from your ISP (Internet Service Provider) as you will send all mail via your internet account that is configured to your ISP. Some ISP examples as follows:
Dodo (smtp.dodo.com.au)
Bigpond (mail.bigpond.com) Verify that your incoming mail server is a POP server.

| STEP 8 and 9 |

8: In the Account ID text box:
8a: Enter your User ID.
8b: In the Password text box, enter your password.
9: To continue, click the right arrow. |

10: If desired, in the Account name text box, enter a name for this account. Click Finish. |

11: Click to select your account. Click Edit |

12: From the Edit Account dialog box, click the Options tab.
13: Click to clear Leave a copy of each message on the server. Click OK. |

Note: By disabling the Leave a copy of each message on the server option, your e-mail client will automatically download your Inbox e-mail messages to your local computer. We recommend you leave this option disabled to prevent old e-mail messages from taking up your hosting account's limited disk space, thereby reducing the chance that your account will experience an overage. |
